Feng Shui from the Inside, Out – Day 15
Notice the use of phrases like “may have” and “may be” in the body of the assignment; this is because we don’t really know what has happened for absolute sure, we only suspect, so the use of words that leave the door open for the body to fill in the blanks give it some leeway.
As I am reading this, I allow myself to feel gratitude to you, my wonderful body, for everything you do for me every day, breathing, circulating my blood and lymph, allowing the food I eat to nourish me, and protecting me.
I notice how you, my body are feeling right now and I give you permission to relax as we read this, allowing the words to sink deep into our cellular consciousness.
Now I picture myself asleep in bed tonight, knowing and understanding that you, my beloved body, will take over and put these words into action for me as I am sleeping, that I need to do nothing more than finish reading this.
I know that you know that we may have gotten some very (here, fill in whatever descriptive word feels right to you) ideas about money in our childhood, ideas that may be behind the financial struggles we are currently experiencing.
So, to the degree that it is comfortable for you, I give you permission to let go of whatever might feel good and right and comfortable for you to release that would allow us to expand the energy of the way we felt when (here, fill in some time when you actually felt as if you had enough of something good, it could be anything).
