Feng Shui from the Inside, Out – Day 21
So yesterday I suggested that you might want to consider your future in terms of colors and today I tell you that there is no future, that there’s only Now, making your so-called future Now as well so, really, you have more access to and influence on your so-called future than you might think. But try not to think too much; it’s not really all that helpful when it comes to this stuff that used to be called “metaphysical” but which physicists are now “discovering” is pretty darn physical after all. And most of them can’t wrap their heads around it either, so just let it go.
Your future, as it turns out, is your present…and vice versa, making yesterday’s suggestion even more critical because if your so-called future exists now then you have a very big hand in it (and, for that matter, your so-called future also has a hand in this Now Moment). You – and me, and everybody else – are a done deal…but we’re a constantly evolving done deal and you know who knows all about this and isn’t the least bit confused by any of it and who will gladly walk you through it because that’s its job? Your body. And you know why it can do all this? Because it doesn’t think.
Try this assignment on for size tonight and feel what comes up:
As I am reading this, I allow myself to feel gratitude (for something, anything).
I notice how my body is feeling.
Now I picture myself asleep in bed tonight, knowing and understanding that you, my beloved body, will take over and put these words into action for me as I am sleeping, that I need to do nothing more than finish reading this.
