Imagine and visualize there is a vast, and feeling ocean in front of you. Walk towards the water. Feel the coolness and silkiness of the water. Move your feet around. Dip your hands into the water. Cup hands and gather water. Pour some cool water across your warm face. Hold this image and all feelings for a few minutes.
A dolphin has approached. The dolphin really wants to give you a ride. Climb upon the dolphins back. Feel the sleek wet skin of the dolphin. The skin is warm or cool? You choose. Really feel this. The dolphin makes sounds. And sings a few beautiful chords for you. Music does bring feelings, and feelings emote a response. Feel the dolphin dipping in and out of the water. Feel the freedom. Feelings are wonderful. Feelings are meant to be felt. Hold this image and all feelings for a few minutes. End of Guided Meditation.
