30 Days to Healing and Recovery Day 24 by Dana Jacoviello
Ten Things to Begin Your Journey to Recovery and Healing
4. Start a journal. Keep track of each day. Write down every emotion It will soon act as a guide and begin to tell a story. You can eventually begin to address each entry. It is a venting tool and a way of release that is not destructive towards yourself or anybody in your life. I bet you will see that each day it gets easier and you see your journal flourishing more and more. Don’t ever stop journaling. This is a great everyday tool for anybody. Who knows what it will turn into in the future, but the main purpose is too get through and deal with your situations head on and not just go through motions or survive it. Actually live it and leave it in the past. That is the only way to begin again and start living your new life. The path will be bumpy but worth it.
