James Van Praagh Opens the Door to the Spirit World
Write a letter to someone who has died. Put it away for two weeks, and then reread the letter and have your recipient write a letter back. Transcribe the letter for them. Van Praagh says something significant comes through every time.
Another way to connect with the dead is to become them. Get into a quiet place and focus on a loved one, says Van Praagh. Let them take you over, become your body, move your hands, see through your eyes. With practice, it can be a powerful way to connect.
Listening to Van Praagh, and his advice for diving deeper into the spirit world, is a joyful reminder of how much more we are than physical beings. Though less tangible, our souls—both of the living and the dead—are every bit as present.
