Living in Awareness – Day 0

You no longer have to live a life based upon your conditionings or the limitations that you have been taught. Yes, your conditionings have shaped your existing belief systems about yourself and life in general, and those belief systems have become the autopilot of your life. Yes, you may be predisposed to be a certain way, you even have been predisposed to think a certain way; however, there is another way to live. A master of the mind knows that a predisposition to be or think a certain way is only a possibility, one of an infinite number of possibilities or potentials in the game of life. A master of the mind knows that he or she has been taught to look at life, to perceive life, and to judge life based upon the mind’s conditionings, and the master takes the time to teach him or herself a new way of being. Through this challenge, you will begin the process of becoming the master of your own mind.

None of this would be complete without meditation. This challenge includes audio meditations, discourse videos, as well as written instructions to guide you through beginning or adding to an existing meditation practice. Yes, meditation is a key component within this challenge, and you will learn three techniques. The first meditation is based upon learning to relax the body because a relaxed body is a healthy body. The second technique is ‘Vipassana,’ a Buddhist meditation technique that will help you learn how to become the master of your own mind. As the challenge is coming to an end, you will learn how to use scripting as the basis for the final meditation technique, creative visualization. This meditation can be a powerful tool while creating the life you wish to live.
