Week 2 Building Awareness- Getting a Good Return on Your Investment
Everything is energy. This energy can be measured in a variety of ways from your metabolism, to calories to consciousness. Today we are going to expand our ideas about food and our habits. Once we can appreciate the consciousness of the food we eat, the energetic aspects of our thoughts and have an awareness of our energetic investments – we can go a long way in making better choices and shifting our preferences.
The Consciousness of Food
Have you ever eaten an apple you just picked off the tree? Did you feel the warmth of the sun kissed fruit as you took a bite? This fruit has tremendous life force energy running through it. As you eat it, that life force energy is passed on to you. Now imagine a box of mac and cheese. The bright orange synthetic color, MSG and other food additives alongside the semi cooked processed noodles. Is there any life force left? A food’s nutrients are very important, but so is it’s transfer of life force energy. Now I want you to consider the deplorable conditions that our commercial animals suffer through. How does that affect the life force of the meat produced? When we treat our animals more like a process than a soul, we degrade the field and in essence, we degrade ourselves. Contemplate your food choices in terms of the life force energy it has to give you.
