Answer the following questions:
1. What are your fears? In general and related to your body and weight loss?
2. Which of these fears are mind-made? Very often we create stress and anxiety out of past experience or things we cannot change. Or sometimes we create stress and anxiety out of things that may or may not come to pass i.e. worry about future events that may not happen.
3. Do they have a purpose? Do they serve you or do they prevent you from living your life the way you want? Explain
4. Some of these fears will present opportunities for self-empowerment through action versus reaction. What can you do specifically to act upon these fears? Decide which fears you can surrender and release, which ones you can take preventive action against and which ones may require a leap of faith meaning that there are always some things that are outside of our control
