There are many ways to meditate, and many of them have rules about meditation to follow. Moving meditation is an easy method that anyone can creatively practice. It can be both contemplative and enjoyable while bringing your body and soul into alignment.

Exercise: Tools Needed: Appropriate music and audio player Note: Allow at least one half hour to listen to the audio, plus the time it takes to prepare. Create a playlist with the suggested songs, or find your own. If possible, follow the Guidance for a Moving Meditation audio while simultaneously playing your music.
Create a sacred, private space, as suggested in the guidelines for A Moving Meditation. Allow yourself to experience your creative expresson.
