I AM mindful- Mindfulness is considered to be of great importance leading to the path of enlightenment in the teachings of Buddah. Complete attentive awareness of the reality of things in a present situation can provide a calming empowerment. Being totally and completely mindful physically and mentally is a technique that often takes much thought and meditation to acquire. Try taking 10 minutes to find a quiet place to think and meditate while observing the places and stresses in your life that need mindfulness.
