Soul Connections

Many of you have heard me say: “You are a soul that comes with a body – not a body that comes with a soul. You were a soul first before you incarnated here – and will continue to be a soul after you leave this physical world. You are and always will be a soul first; an eternal being.” But often times we forget this very important fact and can get caught up here in the physical world.

Many people who surround themselves with material possessions are under the false illusion that by doing so, it will bring them happiness, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose to their lives. Even when they acquired what they thought were much needed material possessions, they’ll often find themselves asking: “Why do I still feel so empty inside?”

By comparison, people who live a more spiritual life and who work from a soul level realize that there is so much more to this life than the more visible materialistic physical world. I’ve noticed that these people seem to get the bigger picture with a broader perspective, have a richer understanding of life, and a deeper meaning to who they are, what they do, and how they live their lives.

By contrast, if you’re the type of person who continues to seek answers from just the outside world, then I hope by understanding and working with your soul, you will discover that true wisdom and guidance are readily available, which you can find within.

This phenomenal place of unlimited resource is accessible to each and every one of us and once you begin to recognize that, you’ll begin to feel, see, and experience a world that you never thought possible. Your soul can help you here and now and give you guidance.

Because I believe so much in the power of the soul and spirit guidance, I’ve assembled a team of teachers to join me this July at The Omega Institute to demonstrate the different ways that Spirit can work in giving us guidance. This workshop will take place in the beautiful countryside of Rhinebeck, NY, and will include a Psychic Artist who uses her incredible gifts to draw the spirit she is linking with. I experienced this form of Spirit communication while living in the UK, and find it fascinating that someone who has never met you or your loved ones can accurately sketch them, and then you get to take home an image of someone you held close to your heart.

All of us love animals and years ago I met a wonderful Animal Communicator that impressed me so much I had to write about her in my last book. Animals have souls too, and most of us don’t know that we have soul contracts with both humans and animals. It always amazes me to watch her communicate with animals that have passed as well as those that are here, and her explanation of how soul contracts work is just outstanding. I always love watching a good medium work, so I had to bring to Omega a medium that is so evidential there is no denying who the spirit people are when they come through.

I’m honored to be part of this team this summer and am looking forward to listening and watching them work, as well as witnessing the attendees responses when they experience these psychics and mediums at work! This week, here’s one easy exercise you can do even when you don’t have the luxury of lots of time. When you want to experience the feeling of being with your soul, or when you feel you need to slow the pace down when life gets overwhelming and chaotic, simply close your eyes, cross your hands over your heart, breathe deeply and say to yourself: “Find my center.” By doing this, you’ll open the connection with your soul, where you’ll discover that you’re able to let go and gently relax into the present.
