Our emotional bodies form a complex world that depends on various circumstances and on the quality of emotions we are expressing, helping us to feel good, alive, vibrant, and calm within yourself.
Feng Shui is the study of energies within and of those energy fields around you. The main goal of this ancient art is to create a balance in our homes, thus making it easier to find balance with ourselves.
Emotion is a reaction we have to events and circumstances in our lives. Our Inner world is completely influenced by how we respond to these circumstances.
The five Chinese elements also act within us. The Realm of our emotions is directly linked to the water element, which makes perfect sense since we, humans, are 70% composed of water.
Every time you suffer some aggravation or anger, it generates a response. If you are in balance, you can respond positively and consider it a learning experience, letting it go. But if you are not well internally, these negative emotions can create hurt and resentment.
When this happens, the water inside you becomes cloudy. It becomes water that is not pure, that will no longer react spontaneously, naturally, carefree to everyday events.
The internal imbalance of emotions causes us to move away from the Tao, to move away from each human being with their unique particularities on their personal path to greater satisfaction, learning, and evolution. In this case, Feng Shui can act in a very interesting and effective way, helping you to start to reach a new equilibrium within yourself. Below we present an exercise to help you heal emotions using the principles of Feng Shui.
Feng Shui Ritual for Curing Negative Emotions
This little ritual teaches you how to integrate Yin and Yang, your feminine and masculine sides. The ceremony intends to balance both sides, which need to be harmonized so that we can manifest our essence in a more serene, safer, and gratifying way.
Our emotional problems show us the challenges in dealing with our own personality. Its causes are diverse, but the main reason for emotional may be low self-esteem, usually formed during childhood. We may have experienced badly and unresolved situations, leaving scars that may, one way or the other, disrupt our lives.
Emotions need to be accepted and understood, so that we can consciously open the doors to beneficial feelings that well up easily in light and pure hearts.
Know the ritual below:
In your room, put a 2/3 glass pot of drinking water near you and write down all the painful memories of males – it could be your father, close relatives, teachers, brothers, colleagues, or friends. Use a sheet to write about each person. Don’t make a big effort to do this, write naturally about the memories that come to mind.
Then make a fire in an iron container (it could be a mini cauldron) and, after reading what you wrote, burn each of the sheets saying:
“I forgive you for not being the person I wanted you to be.
I forgive you and set you free.”
Finally, burn sun-dried orange peels in the cauldron.
You should do the same for the important female figures in your life, such as grandmother, mother, sisters, teachers, classmates, and friends.
Repeat the entire ritual for each one and say:
“I forgive you for not being the person I wanted you to be.
I forgive you and set you free.”
Finally, you must forgive yourself by reading before bed for 27 days the prayer for emotional harmony below.
“Seeking to eliminate all my internal blocks that hinder my evolution and that are causing dissonance and disharmony within myself;
I turn to my Being of Light asking Him to help me in the work of Forgiving:
The reason it has to be 27 days is that it takes that long to change a habitual pattern, to reorganize and reeducate the neuropathways of the brain to jump-start a new reality.
Nothing better than starting a new season with a clean slate free of negative emotions and pre-concepts that no longer serve us.
