Our disabled and handicapped brothers and sisters are often over looked and definitely undervalued even in this day and age of so called enlightenment where most of us who claim to be lightworkers and healers still tend to ignore our visibly less than perfect fellow humans.

What many have failed to recognize is that a large amount of these incredibly powerful people who have physical limitations hold a vibration and frequency of light far more intense, clear and energetically valid than previously understood. Radio Nahmaste host, Sarah Nash was born legally deaf, and she believes her limitations with certain sensory receptors allowed her to expand her consciousness while enhancing her natural intuitive, empathic traits. Exploring the sixth sense and redefining the skills handicapped people have in the 3D world is paramount to opening new realms of comprehension for this new age, and Millicent Tirk is a voice for those who cannot speak.

About Guest Millicent Tirk

Millicent Tirk was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy as the result of a pregnancy while her mother was using a common form of birth control in the early 70’s — an IUD. The doctors didn’t want to remove the device for fear that doing so would terminate the pregnancy. The IUD eventually punctured the amniotic sack causing Millicent to be born two months premature on June 20, 1973. She was subsequently diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of a year and a half.

Millicent Tirk grew up in a house where conflict was the rule rather than the exception, and from the age of 4-7 there was terrible abuse by a nanny and her son.

In 1992 Millicent Tirk had moved from Seattle, Washington USA to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend Courage Center, which is a rehabilitation facility where people with disabilities can learn the skills they need to live independently. While she was attending Courage Center, clear memories of the abuse she had suffered began to return.

After several years of intensive therapeutic work including a great deal of introspection and journaling, Millicent Tirk began learning about consciousness with Spirituality. Organized religions did not appeal to her although she was attracted to ‘higher vibration’ energy that could be called ‘divine’. Her journey of healing and acceptance is a true testimonial of the Lightworkers path.
