What has Death and Dying got to do with Happiness?

It is natural to feel frightened of death. What happens when we die can be difficult to understand and our fear of the unknown can leave us feeling afraid. As a frontline social worker in a busy Emergency Room I have worked with hundreds of deaths. I am aware that life can end suddenly, tragically and unexpectedly. I also know that people can die slowly, where the impending loss gradually unfolds.

What if we allowed enough time to feel sad, heal and then gently return to all that life has to offer? What if our understanding about death was so vast that it inspired us to embrace life in a whole new different way? On todays show Katrina explores this very important topic and she will also be answering life questions posted by her listeners too!
