Vidya Venkatesh, C.A.S., P.K.S is a holistic wellness practitioner and lifestyle coach who uses techniques based in Ayurveda, and its sister sciences, yoga and pranayama. She offers personalized daily routine and nutritional guidelines as well as herbal remedies to assist her clients in achieving and maintaining healthy, satisfying, balanced lives. Vidya’s healing techniques and outlook also incorporate her studies of Advaita Vedanta philosophy and Atma Kriya sound healing.
Vidya has been running her Irvine-based private practice, Niroga Ayurveda, since she founded it in January 2009.
