Your efforts during the past couple of weeks could generate the kind of response that you’ve been hoping for. Although there may not be a guarantee of a new position, getting feedback is always great for your self-esteem. If you’ve been questioning your recent decisions, you may become more certain by what the universe seems to be sending your way. Your hunches have gotten you this far in life. Mars retrograde in Aquarius hinders direct action; it’s a boiling pot with a lid on it. It causes frustration, self-doubt, and people turning their energy – and their anger – inward, at themselves and at those closest to them. There is a silver lining to this fixed Mars retrograde, however, it forces us to have patience and persevere with our plans as much as we may want to throw in the towel.

Also this week, communication planet Mercury moves into Leo. During this time, we may be filled with big ideas and grand plans. We’re less concerned about the details and more interested in the broader vision of what we want to create. Confidence in our own opinions will be strong — maybe too strong! Watch out for arrogance or getting too wedded to being right. Our minds will be youthful and curious, helping us to think creatively and get a fresh perspective on an old problem.
