Do you sabotage yourself or your creative projects? Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with what you’d like to create or achieve in the world. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are procrastination, self-medication with alcohol or drugs, and emotional eating.
