I started meditating when I was a child. I did not know that I was meditating at the time but came to understand what I was doing when I studied meditation in later life. Through a wonderful yoga teacher and synchronicity, I started facilitating guided meditation for others in my forties. I discovered that this voice I was blessed with is not only a tool for communication but also for healing, teaching and spiritual connection.
