Every religion and faith share their respective vision of the afterlife. These include variations of heaven and paradise as well as hell and perdition. There are some who believe there is nothing and others who say that we reincarnate, each time to learn a new lesson and grow. There are also those who have had NDE’s, near death experiences, and have returned to share new, wonderful; and transcendent concepts, often contrary to what their respective faiths have taught them.

My guest this week on Vox Novus, Nanci Danison, had this very experience. A highly successful and dedicated lawyer and trial attorney, Nanci had a near death experience in 1994 at the age of 43 that gave her a new perspective on life and afterlife. Using her skills as a jurist, she evaluated evidence to questions such as: What is God? Who am I? What is the purpose of this life? What happens when we die? Nanci has been featured on Biography Channel’s “I Survived…Beyond and Back” as well as several television and radio programs including Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. She is the author of numerous articles and books including BACKWARDS: Returning to Our Source for Answers, Answers from the Afterlife and BACKWARDS Beliefs: Revealing Eternal Truths Hidden in Religions.
