The 16th-century Spanish mystic and poet, St. John of the Cross, wrote a poem about what has been called “the dark night of the soul.” With the events of 2020 and now into 2021, it seems that many of us are experiencing a collective “dark night of the soul.” I remember that as a child, even when things seemed darkest, there was always a sense of light returning, perhaps the result of natural child-like innocence and inner peace. Are there methods and ways that we may return to that state and find joy and peace?

My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, GP Walsh, says that we are born to live a life of peace, health, and prosperity and that we may achieve this with what he calls “Inner Reconciliation.” GP Walsh is an inspired teacher whose calling is to bring this wisdom to our world.
