In the late 1980’s, I was suffering from a back injury.  A friend suggested I take yoga classes, marking the “re-opening” of my spiritual path. I became an “accidental yogi.” My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Dr. Tracey Ulshafer, followed a similar path and became an “Accidental Yogini,” launching her career as a Yoga Teacher, Healer, Author, Documentary Filmmaker, International Retreat Leader, and Interfaith Doctor of Ministry. She founded One Yoga and Wellness and is the author of several books, including the award-winning novel The Accidental Yogini.
