There is so much talk about narcissism lately, but what is it really? How do people become narcissistic? And how do their actions affect those they have no regard for? Why are some people drawn to them and remain under their influence, yet some are able to break free? There are big lessons to learn from narcissism, especially how they are able to disempower, scam, and manipulate so many. Most importantly, do narcissists mirror something to us?
My co-host and student, Charlie Lotinja, survived being raised by a narcissistic mother and was under the influence of a cult run by a narcissistic man. It took years to completely break free from living under their control, and she’s made it her moral duty to end the generational pattern with her young daughter. She now openly shares her success story, the inner work that revealed how her past lives influenced this life. She has channeled her pain into creative expression, her creativity into healing, and her healing into a sanctuary for those seeking meaningful change. What she learned led to her true life purpose, turning decades of abuse into a testament of resilience and empowerment.
