Taking time for self-care is an important part of honoring or emotional, physical and spiritual health—and this is especially true for moms. If you often find yourself overwhelmed, frustrated, and feeling guilty it may be a sign you’re not taking care of yourself. This can create a ripple in your family and also impact your child’s health.
