He co-founded Learning Strategies Corporation in 1981, a publisher of personal and professional development courses through which he has published and distributed his work in 185 countries. His books include PhotoReading, Natural Brilliance, and Drop into Genius. In organizations he facilitates enhanced engagement, innovation, and communication to create sustainable results. He holds a BS in Biology, an MA in Learning and Human Development Technologies, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change. His work is dedicated to the liberation of human genius.
