Help for Self-Sabotage

Do you sabotage yourself or your creative projects? Behavior is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems and interferes with what you’d like to create or achieve in the world. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are procrastination, self-medication with alcohol or drugs, and emotional eating. Do you do any of these behaviors and find that instead of going after what you want, you are stuck in avoidance? Let’s explore some tools to change self-sabotage.
