About the Author Dr. Suzanne Kelly

SUZANNE KELLY, Ph.D., is an independent scholar whose work spans the topics of the environment, feminism, sex, and death. For over a decade she has been writing, talking, and teaching about green burial. Currently she serves as the committee chair of the town of Rhinebeck Cemetery, where she collaborated in the development of the 2nd municipal green burial ground in New York state. Kelly writes and farms in its Hudson Valley.
