Tomás Garza – Host of Decide To Transform
Tomás Garza is a meditation instructor and the author of Decide: How To Replace Your Fictions with Truth, Go Big in Life, And Transform Audaciously. He began a personal meditation practice in the mid-1980s after an unlikely introduction from his high school geometry teacher. While Tomás has forgotten the geometry, he has been meditating ever since.
Tomás Garza enjoys teaching, serving as a guide, and helping people relax. He also enjoys presenting spiritual concepts as accessible, so that people can make the simple and uplifting choice to massively transform. He is committed to helping people decide in favor of their own power, and to keep choosing wisely when life serves up its many challenges. He fulfills this commitment through personalized recorded teachings, retreats, and one-on-one or small group coaching for those seeking a deeper dive and looking to take their transformation to the next level.
In past career lives, Tomás Garza has studied law and worked as a family mediator, visited tropical beaches as a trip host for an international travel club, and served as an Adjunct Professor of Conflict Resolution at Portland State University. He now enjoys helping people avoid external conflict by removing the conflict from their own minds. A tranquil mind tends not to seek out problems.
Tomás Garza invites you to join him on the show and to consciously decide in favor of your own transformation. The alternative—fear—keeps you stuck and flailing. Decide today to take the necessary steps toward the experience of a whole new reality.
