Natural Ways to Heal Cuts, Scrapes, & Wound

Have a cut on your finger and want to heal it fast?

Here are a few great ways to heal that wonderful organ called the SKIN.

Tea Tree Oil is one of the best ways to treat a skin wound of any kind. Tea Tree Oil is a great antibiotic that’s been used by the Swiss Army for years… works wonders.

Witch Hazel is a all around great way to treat cuts, scrapes, and abrasions of any kind. Witch Hazel is a good skin anti-inflammatory agent too!

Calendula in an ointment or cream works well for skin problems because it’s anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and also a great astringent agent… helping to speed along healing.

Comfrey ointment mixed with Oregon Grape works for abrasions, ulcerations, and insect bites and will kill bacteria too.

There are lots of powerful essential oils that will help with skin problems including arnica, cinnamon and clove oil. And even geranium oil which is great for bleeding… and cinnamon and clove oil stops the pain.

Agrimony helps with skin rashes, acne, and even cuts and other skin wounds. Try mix it with Aloe Vera which fights bacteria and inflammation… and promotes skin growth which is very important.

Myrrh as a cream or ointment also helps fight infections… and mixed with Comfrey can quickly heal skin irritations.

Native Americans used Echinacea, Goldenrod, and Plantain for inflammation, infections, cuts, scrapes, and even conditions like psoriasis and eczema.

Chamomile and Lavender go back to the Egyptians and all of the Mediterranean area… helping to sooth skin wounds, prevent bacterial infections, and even get rid of fungal infections. And even Yarrow which was used in mythology by Achilles to stop bleeding — really does work.

Studies show that Gotu Kola also works well for cuts, scrapes, and skin conditions as does Chickweed oil which is a great for inflammation.

Turmeric Powder and a good carrier oil like sesame or olive oil work well for healing skin wounds. Make a paste and bandage and leave for 20 to 30 minutes at a time.

Birch Tree Leaves are great! Blends some up, make a paste, and place on your skin for just a few minutes and your skin irritation or rash will disappear.

And last but not least St. Johns Wort is great for depression… but it also soothes skin irritations and promotes healing of skin wounds.
