This philosophy has far-reaching implications, and the way Eisler explains it makes it crystal clear how the partnership model can transform our education, government, parenting – and yes, even our economics. Perhaps economic transformation alone would be enough of an incentive for those in leadership positions to choose the path of caring.

Can you imagine what would happen if the media portrayed women in a way that honors the feminine? Not as sex symbols or inferior beings dominated by men, but as equal partners, uniting to support humanity in meaningful evolution?

Can you imagine what would be possible in schools where children are seen as equals? Where they’re encouraged to participate and actively engage, rather than told what they have to remember and repeat? One is based on hierarchy, the old domination model, and the other supports the partnership model, eliciting the best from each child.

Can you imagine how the partnership model would put an end to bullying? Whether it be amongst children at school or amongst leaders of nations, standing up for justice out of love.

I love hearing stories like Eisler’s. Despite the devastating events in her younger years, she is a living example of what’s possible when you choose to perceive life through love and caring, when you choose to discover what else is possible. What an outstanding role model for feminine leadership, which I define as power yielded with love. Regardless of gender, these qualities can be embodied by men and women alike.
