Elizabeth Barbour is the author of the award-winning Sacred Celebrations: Designing Rituals to Navigate Life’s Milestone Transitions. A coach, speaker, and shamanic practitioner since 2000, she has been the guiding light for thousands of women to practice smart self-care when life gets chaotic and overwhelming.

Through her transformative program, Solid Ground: Navigating Transitions When It’s All Just Too Much, Elizabeth empowers women to embrace both grief and gratitude. She’s a firm believer in the power of community and guides her clients to build meaningful connections, so they never have to carry their burdens alone. Elizabeth’s unique blend of traditional coaching techniques and spiritual wisdom shines through in her groups, retreats, and 1:1 work with clients.
