Practice Mindful Motivation

Our appreciation and gratitude for the beauty of life create and motivate us to experience all we can while here.

Motivation is the force that drives us and helps to maintain our goals in life. It can be a challenge to stay motivated when things are uncertain or seem out of control. If we feel that our efforts are being wasted, unseen or unheard, we can lose our focus, our will to succeed. When we can feel purpose in our actions and words, we’re more inclined to keep going upward.

Mindful motivation can come from several different sources if we are listening, observing synchronicities and signs. In moments of peace, we can find the clarity we need to make important decisions if we can trust our intuition and spiritual connections. If we gain clarity, we will be led to the people, places, and things that positively and productively motivate us.

Fear is one of the most powerful motivators to make changes. When we are faced with challenging situations, anxiety can force us to make personal decisions quicker. We are motivated to take action, to ask for help, to protect ourselves from threats. Fear motivates us to act under pressure, shows our worth, and helps us to remember how to respond when faced with similar situations in the future. It helps to keep us alive.

Many people we meet throughout life motivate us to evolve, question, gyrate, and learn. They lead us on to live our own unique lives. Even people we have never met who lived before us have inspired and motivated us to create new life paths. One idea can spark our enthusiasm for a project we had been considering. Our determination can be fueled by one positive quote, enabling us to make life-enhancing decisions.

Mindful motivation can be recognized much easier when we feel well, taking good care of our physical and emotional health. Getting enough rest and healthy food is truly important for keeping a positive energy flow, which helps us much in our daily attitude. The people we are in close contact with also make a big difference in our ability to stay positive and focused. If we are constantly listening to someone complain, criticize, or blame, it can become necessary to limit your time in that energy. If you are always trying to reason or explain, your energy can become very low and unmotivated. Much easier to let others be who they are and not believe we can make them change with just our positive attitude. It saves a lot of frustration to remember this.

When we are surrounded by positive, helpful, and willing to share their insights, we are motivated to shine. When we make a list of goals and actions we want to activate, we motivate ourselves to complete what we’ve begun, and we see the end result. Positive memories from the past are also helpful in gaining energy to charge the future. Be mindful not to overthink or judge a situation. See the possibilities in what you are trying to plan, change, or manifest.

Walking in nature helps us to connect on a higher frequency and motivates us to enjoy our lives as we know them from instinct. The inspiring beauty of a waterfall, a sunset, or a majestic tree brings our natural enthusiasm for life. We become curious, peaceful, and self-driven when we make connections that enhance our Spirit and bring us joy. The energy of joy is contagious to those around us and motivates them to want to feel what we feel.

Love is also a great motivator. When we are happy just to be here another day. When we love unconditionally without making conditions, we can be ever motivated from the inside. Our purposes here and the people we love help encourage us to keep going, learning, healing, forgiving, and evolving. Our appreciation and gratitude for the beauty of life create and motivate us to experience all we can while here.
