Healing & Recovery – Day 0
30 Days to the You That Has Yet to Be Discovered
By Dana Jacoviello
Motivational coaching has become somewhat of a phenomenon in today’s society. It is about our personal growth. We want to grow, but the only way to do that is to heal and recover by getting back up and fighting through those tough winds, which come into our lives often.
It seems that many people have more bad days than good, but that is because we are becoming so accustomed to dwelling, over thinking, over analyzing, becoming over stressed, and staying stuck. We are losing momentum somewhere along the way. We spin a web in our minds and around and around we go. There are days that we want crawl into a hole and never come out, but we usually try to keep a candle burning to signify hope. It is when that candle burns out that we have to take a deeper look into what we have to do to get back on our path.
Life is not going to be full of rainbows. In fact, life is hard, and we have to face that. You will rarely run into a person who says they have not been through something, but that something teaches us and we learn. We normally will not make that mistake again; however, some of us might continue to make the same ones and not understand why. Why can’t I break out of this rut? How come I can’t get myself out of bed and go about my day? Why am I not getting better? What am I doing wrong? Just stop asking yourself all the questions and don’t think about it. Just do it!
