Rosanna Arquette – Up Close and Personal
By Alexandra Holzer
Rosanna Arquette, a native New Yorker, comes from a long line of family entertainers and is no stranger to the industry. It runs deep, from her grandfather Clifford Charles Arquette who created the famous character of ‘Charlie Weaver’ for The Jack Paar Show and portrayed ‘Mrs. Butterworth’ in television commercials. Always working and creating, trying to keep balance, Rosanna opens up to OM Times about her life and work.
When speaking with her you soon learn how truly deep, beautiful and heart-felt she really is. She’s a soul that is searching, just like the rest of us on this planet. She doesn’t like fighting and is a very complimentary woman who tries to love all and do well by everyone in her life.
Having two children, one small and one who’s in her teens, Rosanna tries to find balance in her everyday life between her family, work and her own self. When asked about her regiment and routine for health, she says she takes the “natural route with herbs and I try to stay away from manufactured pills.”
She humorously also explains her view of the lovely female happening, menopause, “I’m trying to find balance in my everyday life. There’s my work, projects, partner, children, my home… oh, then you add menopause onto it, it’s so hard.” She also goes on to explain, “Your levels go up and down every day and so, when your doctor prescribes a pill at a dose, it may not be right for that day, so I try to keep it as natural as possible.”
