Last Day Of Challenge

Welcome back to the last day of your challenge. I sincerely hope this has been an amazing adventure for you. I also hope that you learned some things about yourself, and you have some great and amazing intentions to support you as you move through life!

Just in case you have not noticed, I am an avid believer in the benefits of meditation. So today, as we close out this challenge, I want you to choose one of your favorite meditation techniques that I have share with you over the course of these last 30 days, and spend at least an hour meditating. You may want to do a combination of more than one. Just as a reminder, and for your convenience, listed below are all the meditation techniques that I have shared with you.

  1. Relaxing The Body Meditation
  2. Vipassana Meditation
  3. Creative Visualization Meditation
  4. Walking Meditation
