Be Like Water, Make a Decision

I have heard that indecision is the key to flexibility. In truth indecision is crippling and will stop your progress in its tracks. I advocate that you be like water, make a decision.

Have you ever known water not to have a plan? To not know which way to go? To stop in its flow to think about what is next? To change its mind and doubt its course? Have you ever seen it not take the shape if its container? Have you ever known it to not allow action from an outside force?

When water is still, it will stagnate, so will you. What does water do when confronted by a blockage? It finds another way. It wears down the mountain, it goes around the blockage, it overwhelms it. It makes its own path. What do you do when confronted by a blockage? Do stop or find another way? Be like water and don’t struggle with decisions, find another way to achieve what you want to do. If it is in alignment with your path, you will have other options to follow and you will see them.
