The Justice Card: Justice, Balance, and Karma

The Month of January starts under the auspices of the Justice Card, one of the most emblematic cards of all Tarot decks.

The Justice card in Tarot basically appears to ask you to be prudent in your actions and use reason in your choices. It announces when your attitudes, intentions, and actions will be judged, and you should be more mindful of your own life.

When we talk about being mindful, we talk about being more proactive with your health, work, family, and love relations, and above all, being truthful with yourself.

Within the Tarot, this card represents karma in life, so it is necessary to think about the moment of decisions or to act since this will have several consequences in the future. Therefore, it is necessary not to exaggerate and try to be fairer.

All your actions at this stage will have future consequences. Therefore, be a fair person. Understand more deeply the meaning of this Major Arcana.

Like The Master Buddha said: “The Wisdom of Life resides in the middle path.”

Description of the Card Justice in the Tarot

The Justice card brings a woman sitting on a throne, representing a position of power. It is not a typical version of our Justice that is a Blind archetype. In the Tarot, Justice represents how karma manifests itself in our lives.

In her left hand, she holds a scale, showing the importance of balance and weighing.

The Energy of Adjustments

In her right hand, she holds a sword that will do Justice, defining the sentence according to her actions. The sword points upwards, expressing a firm and final decision.

What does Justice in Tarot mean?

Justice in Tarot reminds you that all your choices today will affect your life in the long run. There will come a time when you will be judged for your decisions. It also talks about the need to review documents or any process that would involve bureaucracy.

When this arcane appears in a reading, it can indicate that you are being judged for some action you have taken in the past. Allow your intuition to tell you what it might be.

For example, this card can bring relief if you have been deceived in the past.

However, if you did something that harmed someone, this card is a warning that your punishment is on the way.

But calm down. Justice is not insensitive. She has a certain level of compassion and understanding. So be ready to take responsibility for your actions, but know that the consequences will be fair and unbiased.

This card also appears to indicate that you will go through a time when you will have to make an important decision that will have repercussions on your life in the long term.

So think hard about all the consequences of each choice you can make. And take the path that is best aligned with the well-being of all.

Depending on the question that was asked, the appearance of the Justice card can still mean that you must speak the truth and donate to whoever donated. The truth needs to be revealed.

If you are facing any legal issues, this card is a good sign. It indicates that the final decision on the issue will be defined shortly.

Understand the Negative Side of the Justice Card

This card can symbolize obstacles, delays in processes, and also injustice. The Archetype appears when you are serving as someone’s mirror or the object of someone’s projections. Beware, you may be taken as a scapegoat for someone.
