Welcome back to day 2 of “The Wheel Of Life: Steps To Bringing Balance To Your Life.”
Yesterday, you watched the video, read the supporting material, and hopefully that has set the tone for you to begin this challenge. Tomorrow, we actually begin the thought-provoking questions; however for today, I want you to take some time to put your own thoughts onto paper.
What are your general thoughts about the balance in your life at this point? What are some of your general concerns, or why are you interested in getting your life into balance? Now that we have divided your life into 10 area or categories, is there a specific area, or is there more than one area that you would like to focus on, and if so, write as much as you can, whatever comes to mind.
I would recommend spending at least an hour doing this exercise. If you are not able to complete it in an hour, keep going, just write as much as comes to mind. Do not worry about grammar, punctuation, being politically correct, or your thoughts about the judgment that you may be experiencing; just keep writing, and get it off your chest, out of your mind, and onto paper. This could be quite cathartic for you!
Tomorrow, we will begin to look at each individual area.
