Today I will place my Before Photo in an area where I can see it every day in plain sight in a highly visible area. I will utilize my “Before” photo as a tool to keep me motivated and headed in the right direction. My Before Photo is my review mirror of what is behind me now. It is my ‘old’ self who I am gladly saying goodbye to and RELEASING, as I am now in the process of creating a new better improved me! And I’m declaring that I will not stop my weight loss journey until I achieve the “After” photo of my dreams! I deserve it, and I will achieve it and I know that I can do it!
Motivational Tip: Enjoy long lasting change by taking it one day at a time, and by not getting overwhelmed. Don’t sabotage yourself by getting too overwhelmed! You only have today to make the improvements in your life! Focus on today and what you can do today to make a positive difference in your lifestyle.
