From the greasiest burger to the most pristine organic avocado, we have the power to improve everything we eat through blessing it.
I have done some experiments with the blessing of food and have taken photos of the difference in the energy vitality between blessed and unblessed food. The pictures are posted for you to check out.

The Benefit:
Blessing increases the overall goodness of food. It doesn’t matter whether you say a prayer, send white light through your hands around the plate or set the thankful intention that this food is going to nourish you , the energy you transmit to the food is received as wholesome goodness. And I’ve found it tastes better.
