As a little girl in Nazi Austria, she witnessed her father being violently taken away from their home during ”Crystal Night,” while her mother showed spiritual courage by standing up for justice out of love.
Eisler embarked on a three-decade research project to define what she calls the Domination versus Partnership System. This system is now taught in universities as a transformational leadership model; whereas the domination model has been driven by fear and male superiority, the partnership model is based on caring and gender equality.
